The Client/Owner agrees to be flexible and provide us with adequate timely access to the property for the purposes of staging setup and/or eventually, for removal of furniture as per our ease and transport scheduled time. Quotation is valid till setup date specified above, subsequently revalidate the quote.

The furniture and accessories arranged will be minimum as per above listed Inclusions, subject to adequate furniture size, orientation and space availability as recommended by our ID specialist.

On acceptance of this quote, The Client/Owner/Agent agrees to pay $500.00 advance deposit, as part payment of the quoted amount, as to secure the booking, commence the project resources and stock, transport etc; The remaining balance payment is due within 7 days from complete installation/setup date (which is the hire start date).

Alternative to above, if payment will be from Owner appointed Real Estate Agency’s Marketing Campaign (and no deposit is paid), kindly assure the relevant R.E. Agent/Agency must pay full/balance payment within 7 days from complete installation/setup date (which is the hire start date).

The agreed price includes all fees and charges which is for standard minimum and for rental period (as specified above) from hire start date/installation. No refund will be provided if the property is SOLD prior to this minimum rental period. 

Any extension of time beyond this agreed hire period has to be notified to us in writing 14 days prior to end of hire period (in advance) for our directors’ approval at his discretion. However, any extension of time approved will incurs extra rental fee `(as agreed) per week (after expiry of original rental period).

The Client/Owner may terminate the Agreement (by written notification) up to 7 days before installation date for full refund of deposit. If notice is received less than 7 days, a 10% fee (of the quoted amount) will apply.

For whatever reason, after on transport of the of furniture to the subject property, the Client/Owner do not want to do furniture styling of the property, your deposit money will be non-refundable and the owner liability at this stage not being less than $1500.00 OR 50% of the quoted amount (for loss of other business opportunity plus resources expended), whichever is more.

Client/Owner/Agent to inform us any preferences (e.g. dislikes of colour) or other requirements, at least 14 days prior to installation date and we will endeavor to accommodate it.

During or after staging setup, any major changes and additional requests made by the Client/Owner/Agent which involves returning to the property will incur a minimum fee of $500 for rework/extra resources, plus transport charges (as applicable to be compensated as well) .

All Creative work and goods we install at the property belongs to us. Proceeding with our services implies you have given consent that our work may be photographed and used in future for marketing our product, services and for other purposes.

Usually all Wall Painting/artworks are fixed on wall with small nails+hooks only.

Before and During the staging period, the property must be cleaned and must be kept vacant (no occupants in house), and must be kept securely theft-safe by the Client/Owner.

All furniture items including soft furnishings are for display purposes only and must not be used tangibly or pragmatically for any purpose at any time. If any items are damaged or soiled, the Client/Owner is liable for the replacement cost.

Due care must be taken (by Client/Owner/Agent) at all times to ensure all doors and windows are secure and locked, and option of having adequate House + Content Insurance by Owner for this property; as the liability of damages to our furniture/accessories due to negligence/dust/rain or stolen goods is also the onus of the Client/Owner/Agent, until the time these furniture/accessories are within this private property. Alternatively, in any such events, for insurance claim (for loss or damage of our staging furniture contents within this property) there is an mandatory Insurance excess amount you pay out-of-pocket of $650, to be payable by Client/property Owner.

The Client/Owner/Agent agrees that under no circumstances are goods as listed and as provided for display by us, must NOT to be removed from the subject property.

Owner/Agent to Inform us, if the property is SOLD (i.e. on unconditional contract of Sale) before the end of the rental agreement period, for us to remove the furniture ASAP (to avoid any subsequent theft and/or malicious damage), however no refund will not be provided for any unused weeks of hire.
